As usual, here are S60Tips.com’s most popular postings on February 2007:

If we look at new postings on February 2007 only, the most popular posting is Featured Freeware – smart2go. It looks like so many people are interested with this new mapping application from Nokia. If you haven’t checked this posting, please do so, especially the comments. There are so many good comments from the other users as well as the developers of smart2go application.

In terms of source, almost 60% of S60Tips.com visitors come from Google, which is no surprise. After Google, there were E-series.org, Yahoo and (surprise… surprise) digg.com.

Is there any code to check the currently assigned i.p. address on your S60 phone?

Hi Antony.

Is there any simple way to send to a PC a list of SMS from an S60 3rd ed phone in a simple text format? In a dream world, the list should be selected holding the “pencil” button in the inbox and pressing the central button to select several SMS, and then from the menu a “send” option should appear, but instead it’s only possible to move the selected messages to an other folder…

Amazing that one of the most obvious thing one user would like to do (save memories) can be so complex.

@Alfonso: Normally I use Nokia Lifeblog (http://www.nokia.com/lifeblog) to transfer text message to the PC. You can organize all your text messages on your PC.

I have lost the lock code for my phone it self. I have a nokia E62 I cant tap the power button and lock the phone as I did it at 2 in the morning when i was asleep…. So now I cant lock my phone and I dont hang on to it that well…

@Robert: Are you talking about SIM’s pin code? If you lost it, normally your operator should give you PUK. You should be able to use to unlock your phone again. If you don’t PUK, try to contact your operator and see whether they can unlock your phone.
