But yesterday my phone restarted by itlsef ... And so on, my memory is asking a password to enter in... 

What did happen? How Can open my MMC again????</description>

left my phone into the nokia service point for a repair to the screen. came back formatted and when i put in the memory card it asked for a password. asked nokia and they said they had come across this before but had no solution. my service provider (vodafone) said it must be one of the common pass words ie 0000 or 12345. neither worked or my sim pin.
fexplorer will not work on my phone. 
i dont want to format the card as it contains alot of data and software. any help would be great..</description>
