I believe all of you are familiar with Tetris game. It is a computer puzzle game that was invented by Alexey Pazhitnov in 1985. The object of the game is to manipulate random shapes composed of four square blocks so that they create a horizontal line of blocks without gaps. When such a line is created, it disappears and the player receive bonus score.
Tetris is an addictive game. It was one of my favorite games when I was a kid. Now, we can install the clone of Tetris game, called S-Tris, in our S60 phones. Best of all, it is available for free.
S-Tris seems to be the hottest freeware for S60 in the last two days. Many blogs has featured this cool game, starting from E61Life, E61 Blog to AllAboutSymbian. I highly recommend this game too.
Click here to download S-Tris for S60
Compatible device: S60 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Nokia N-Series, Nokia E-Series.

Why does this software require to “use the network or make calls” (question asked during the installation process)?

@Jean: I think that is the warning from the installer. It is a little bit complicated to explain because it is related to Platform Security in Symbian OS.
Basically, each software shall list all “capabilities” that they need. For example, an application say that it needs “phone call” capability although it may not make any phone call at all. Why S-Tris2 lists those capabilities then? It is a good question. I would say the developer may just forget to remove them.
I don’t see any reasons either why STris2 should make phone call…

Hi all, back to Jean-Marc and his question,
within highscores you could select tools - submit.
This of course should lead to some kind of online connection.
