It\'s 2:38 AM and I finally have Nokia Music working on my N80. Thank you for posts 11 and 27. I have spent days installing, uninstalling and reinstalling PC Suite and Nokia Music. I appreciate that people have the know how and are willing to share it on the web. Far better than the Nokia web site for practical information.

WMP11 recognizes my Nokia E65 on bluetooth, but not my Nokia N82. PC Suite works fine for both phones on bluetooth. USB cable works.

can the Sport 5500 sync WMA DRM files with WMP 11 ??? (tries to connect it to Vista, but it seems the mediaplayer modes cannot find the right driver - eventhough I got the newest PC suite and downloaeded the WMP 10 INF file for 5500)

@Jonathan: I have seen this problem too. For me, this problem happened when I connect my phone in PC Suite mode. The solution for me is: 1) remove cable connection; 2) Select Settings | Control Panel | System | Hardware. There you can see your device with question mark; 3) Right click your device and then select Uninstall.
After that, try to reconnect your device in "Media Player" mode.

Antony, great tutorial which I read after seeing that my S60 Nokia 5500 has WMP support. I got the driver from the nokia web site and when i connect the phone via USB it goes through the usual processes to install the device (as your screen shots above show). However, when I click finish, my PC immediately \'finds new hardware\' and goes through the same process again and again and again.

It\'s really frustrating and I was wondering if you or anyone else reading has any suggestions I can try.

By the way, in data transfer mode, WMP recogonses the device OK.

Many thanks and keep up the good work.
